That was incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable hotel set in good area, just off shopping center, high priced restaurants, and the mall across the streets. The staff was fast and very-very nice, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with the bedroom and such thin walls, for instance and it was available. Particularly good and perfect location, the private parking was available. Bakery Auntie Anne's was located 15 minutes walk away...

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but the experience was marred by significant issues. A terrible sewer smell permeated the bathroom and affected the entire room. There was a large hole in the curtain and tattered washcloths, not to mention the lack of cleanliness in the tub and shower area. The absence of shelves in the shower further detracted from the stay.
